Yasuhiro Yokota
President & Chief Executive Officer, Tokio Marine Asset Management Co. Ltd.Yokota joined Tokio Marine Asset Management (TMAM) in July 2020. He was appointed President and CEO on 1 April 2022.
Yokota's illustrious career in asset management began at Nomura Securities Investment Trust (currently Nomura Asset Management) in 1989. Throughout his career, Yokota has held various leadership roles across Asia, as Head of Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. He then returned to Tokyo in 2014, where he held Chief Executive positions in Nomura's Private Equity and Fund Research units.
Prior to joining TMAM, Yokota served as Managing Executive Officer and Head of International Sales and Marketing at Nomura Asset Management.
Hiroyuki Nishikawa (Roy)
Chief Executive Officer & Regional Head of Business Development and Client Relations, Asia Pacific, Tokio Marine Asset Management International Pte. Ltd.Roy joined Tokio Marine Asset Management International (TMAMI) in Singapore in July 2021. He was appointed CEO on 1 March 2022. He is also responsible for business development and client relationships across Asia Pacific.
Roy started his career at Nomura Securities in 1983. In the early years of his career, Roy was in debt capital markets in London and New York. Over the last 20 years, he has held various senior leadership positions at Nomura in Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Prior to joining TMAMI, Roy was Executive Chairman at Nomura Asset Management Singapore and Managing Director of Nomura Islamic Asset Management in Malaysia.
